INSTRUCTIONS TO THE STUDENTS
1. Application for Revaluation /photo Copy of the Script has to be submitted to university within 14 Days from the date of the announcement of Results in KSOU Website.
2. Please enter clearly in BLOCK LETTERS in the place provided, the correct POSTAL ADDRESS to communication, if any, is to be sent.
3. fees once paid will not be re-adjusted/refunded under any circumstances.
4. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
5. The prescribed fee should be paid through ONLINE only. Offline payment will NOT Accept.
6. If there is any correction in the Original Marks Cards if may be corrected immediately before submitting the application for the Provisional Degree Certificate, otherwise, student will be held responsible.
7. Printed copy of Application submitted online shall reach the office of REGISTRAR(EVALUATION), Karnataka State Open University, ‘Mukthagangotri’, Mysuru-570006 through post immediately.

Steps:
1. Enter Register No and Click Add New/Search Application, after entering all the fields Click SAVE Button, it will redirect to document upload page, upload all the documents and pay the fee thru online.
2. After making payment,download Application and fee payment Receipt.
