Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

1. 1.If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the KSOU website and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria,fee details, duration, etc.
2. 2.You are also requested to download the Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the KSOU and UGC in KSOU MYSORE Website.
3. 3.For Online Admission click Online Admission 2023-24 Jan Cycle, it will reroute to Online Admission Portal.
   1. (a).Click on the Menu student for NEW REGISTRTION that appears in the Online Admission Portal and fill the required registration details.
   2. (b).Remember, while choosing your UserName it must be in between 8 to 16 characters.
   3. (c).While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
   4. (d).After filling the mandatory information click the "REGISTER" button.
   5. (e).Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail or SMS.
4. 4.Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.

• (a).If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button in Registered User Section
6. 6.Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
   1. (a).Scanned Photograph (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
   2. (b).Scanned Signature (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
   3. (c).self attested scanned documents(SSLC/PUC marks card/Degree Certificate/Bpl Card(for womens only) (Between 10 KB to 150 KB)
7. 7.Fee can be paid by following methods:
• (a).Credit Card (Master/Visa)
• (b).Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
• (c).Net Banking
• (d).UPI
8. 8.Online Application submission Procedure as Follows.,

   2. (b).Photo & Signature & document Upload
   3. (c).Processing Fee Payment
   4. (d).Candidate Shall pay the Admission fee after online Verification and approval of documents
   5. (d).Download Application
9. 9.After Appliction Submission,Candidate should visit Regional Center for Original Document Verifications and Study Material Collections
10. 10.Save/Print your form for future reference.
